재료 수수ㅅ가루 두큰사시 물 두홉 소금 조금 1. 냉수 반홉에 수수ㅅ가루를 풀어놓고, 2. 물 두홉을 펄펄 끓이다가 풀어놓은 수수ㅅ가루를 넣고 주걱으로 저으면서 붓고 쑤나니, 3. 한참 끓여서 익은후 뜸을 들여서 그릇에 담아놓고 설탕을 겨뜨려 놓느니라.
