| Old literature text | 1. 양 깃머리를 아주 몹시 씻어서(냄새가 조금도 없도록 여러번 씻어서)잘게 썰어가지고 다시 곱게 이겨서 놓고, 2. 여기다가 파와 마늘을 조금 곱게 다져서 넣고 호추ㅅ가루를 치고 소금으로 간을 맞추어 살짝 볶아서 놓고, 3. 실백을 칼로 곱게 이겨서 볶아놓은데에 한데 섞어가지고 베보에 꼭 짜서 따뜻할 때에 소금으로 간을 맞추고 호추ㅅ가루를 쳐서 마시는 것이니라. |
