Old literature text 1. 기름 없고 연한 살ㅅ고기로 한근을 곱게 이기고, 2. 실백을 반홉즘 곱게 이겨서 고기와 한데 섞고, 3. 적당한 그릇에 담아서 중탕을 해서 잘 익도록 끓여가지고 정한 베보에 꼭 짜서 뜨거운 김에 소금으로 간을 맞추고 호추ㅅ가루를 쳐서마시느니라.
