Ingredients Abalone 200g <Marinade sauce> onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, shredded red pepper, ground sesame seed with salt, ground black pepper as needed
Recipe 1. Separate abalone meat from the shell. Remove innardls and clean well with salt. 2. Block holes on abalone shell using a oiled cotton or wheat dough. 3. Cut the abalone by following its shape, and put it back into its original shell. 4. Grind onion to make seasoning and put it on the abalone. Grill the whole abalone on a gridiron.
