Ingredients Nonglutinous rice 400g(5cup), pumpkin 1kg(1/3 of whole), salt 1 tbsp, red bean stuffing
Recipe 1. Wash nonglutinous rice flour and soak in water for 5 hours. Strain, add salt, then grind. 2. Wash pumpkin, peel, and shred in pieces. 3. Mix nonglutinous rice flour with shreded pumpkin evenly. 4. Put sirumit underneath siru. Spread rice flour mixture heavy, put red been stuffing, and repeat to make layers. 5. Pour water into a pot and boil. When it starts to boil, put siru on the top and steam for 30min or longer. Leave it for a while until it cools little bit down, put on a tray and cut to be served.
